I am Gracie Clements, graduate of UNC-Greensboro Counselor Education Program.  I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.  My journey of healing through therapy began because I realized how much can happen in our lives before we have access to the tools to heal. Taking the first step towards therapy can feel like staring at a hurdle the size of a mountain! Many of us don't know how much the experiences in life have contributed to the weight we carry day in and day out. You may notice something is feeling “off” and be unsure exactly how to pinpoint it or unsure of how to take the first step.
