Let’s be real: therapy can be intimidating. My first goal is to create a space that welcomes you (all of you!) with open arms. Too often we find ourselves overwhelmed by stress and self-doubt, stuck in relationships which leave us feeling lost, empty, or put down. It’s time to take the weight off your shoulders and get the support you deserve!
Together, you and I will make the time to prioritize your growth. Whether we’re working on making changes, exploring your needs, or letting out the emotions that keep you stuck, my room is here for you. Our sessions will be a chance to break the cycle and find the authentic, human connection so many of us search for.
Work with me often involves discussion of past experiences, patterns in relationships, and current ways of coping with distress. I mold my approach to fit YOUR needs and make a point of checking in on how our work feels for you. I have walked alongside individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, family distress, grief, and oppression. Maintaining a space that is affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals is a priority and a joy for me.
