My specialized training revolves around life adjustments, and transitions that come with questioning our purpose in life because of situational crisis such as a disability or chronic illness, and/or traumatic loss. I use variety of therapeutic practices, that draw on your own innate power to recognize what you need to heal and live a more meaningful life.
