How can I evaluate whether therapy is working?

As you begin therapy, you should establish clear goals with your therapist.

We do not offer services outside of the state of 28814 and Georgia.

You can always prepare for your first therapy session by first being open as possible. Be open to explore uncomfortable questions. You should also come into your first session with an intention. It’s okay to feel awkward and uncomfortable. Oftentimes, the most progress is achieved from getting out of your comfort zone.
